We helped Maya build an ENTIRE TRAIN COSTUME for a dress up contest! She did win 1st place and a Wendy's gift card! Frostiiiieeeessssss........... ~Shelly

Back To School

Maya is back to her Abeka video classes. Her favorite teacher is Mr. Finch, the Bible teacher. Her math teacher, Mrs. Howe, taught her last year. Mrs. Schmuck (yes that is her REAL name), Her English teacher,  also taught her last year. Mr. McBride, the History teacher, is very good, too. The Science teacher was actually substitute from the previous year. Her name is Mrs. Hicks. ~ Lucy

Having fun with Friends

Some pet homeschoolers came over and stayed with us Wed. Night-Sunday Morning. We had an awesome time, Even though it was a little stressing... ~ Shelly

ASHLEY'S VISIT!!

Ashley, Maya's friend from Florida, came to visit her Friday-Monday!! They had great fun going to Tiger World, and going to Concord Mills! I got chased with a lightsaber.... :( ~Shelly

Mom's B-day!!!

                      HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Today, as you might be able to tell, was my mom's birthday!! Dad made mom some delicious nachos, and Pablo bought some cakes. Apparently, our neighbor's dog saw the food as well! ~Maya K.
